General Condition: The Tudor Prince Date Chronograph 79280 is presented in excellent overall condition. The watch has never been polished and fully retains its original surfaces. Only light superficial micro-lines are present, imperceptible to the touch and hardly visible when worn on the wrist. The Tudor automatic movement, based on the ETA 2892-A2 caliber with a Dubois-Depraz chronograph module, is in excellent mechanical condition and does not require any technical intervention. Timegrapher measurements show outstanding amplitude and a beat error consistently below 0.3 ms. The trace is stable and regular in all tested positions, confirming correct regulation and proper lubrication. The set includes the original box and the original Tudor warranty, issued for Germany and dated May 2007, further confirming the completeness and quality of this example.

Case: The 40 mm stainless steel case is in excellent condition and shows no signs of polishing or invasive restoration. The surfaces retain their original finishes, with only very light superficial marks consistent with careful use over time. The stainless steel tachymeter bezel is also in excellent condition, showing minimal and evenly distributed wear.

Bracelet: The stainless steel Jubilee bracelet, reference 62590, is in excellent condition. The clasp, code OP3, features the classic Tudor shield and shows only minimal signs of wear. Bracelet stretch is virtually nonexistent, and the length allows for a comfortable fit on wrists up to approximately 21.5 cm in circumference.

Dial: The white high-gloss lacquered dial, often referred to as “porcelain-like” by collectors, is the defining feature of this watch. Its exceptionally smooth and deep surface creates an elegant three-dimensional visual effect. The dial is in excellent condition, with no noteworthy defects.

Glass: The sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment is perfectly clear and free from scratches, ensuring a crisp and crystal-clear view of the dial in all lighting conditions.
