Since the 1960s Omega has been strongly connected to racing, developing chronographs designed to measure time with absolute precision in high-performance environments. The Speedmaster Racing line draws inspiration from this heritage, combining the technical DNA of the Speedmaster family with an aesthetic inspired by classic racing chronographs.
Reference 326.32.40.50.01.001 represents a modern interpretation of this philosophy. The black dial features the distinctive Clous de Paris pattern within the chronograph counters, a refined detail that adds depth and character while maintaining excellent legibility.
Inside the 40 mm case beats the Omega calibre 3330, a self-winding chronograph movement certified as a chronometer and equipped with Co-Axial escapement and silicon balance spring, technologies that ensure high precision, stability and long-term reliability.
Completing the sporty identity of this version is the original Omega black rubber racing strap, which makes the watch particularly comfortable on the wrist and enhances its dynamic character. It offers a sportier alternative to the steel bracelet version while preserving the unmistakable personality of the Speedmaster Racing collection.
Case, Bracelet, Dial & Glass
General Overview: The overall condition of the watch is excellent, very close to like new. The case shows only light superficial scratches or very small marks visible only upon close inspection. The lugs remain thick, full and well defined. The dial, hands and luminous material are in like-new condition. The watch comes as a complete set, simply full set.
Case: The stainless steel case is in excellent condition with only very light hairlines and tiny marks barely visible. The bezel is impeccable and free from any significant imperfections. The caseback is fully consistent with the overall condition of the watch. When worn, the watch gives the impression of a nearly new timepiece.
Bracelet: The original Omega black rubber racing strap is in excellent condition and shows no signs of wear worth mentioning. The stainless steel deployant clasp is perfectly consistent with the condition of the strap and shows no visible signs of wear.
Dial: The black dial, enhanced by the three chronograph counters with Clous de Paris pattern, is immaculate. The applied indexes and the hands with Super-LumiNova treatment are perfectly preserved and ensure excellent readability.
Crystal: The sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides is clear and free from marks.
