Within the large Speedmaster family there are models that tell different stories. Some are closely linked to space exploration, while others represent more experimental and modern interpretations of Omega’s famous chronograph. The Omega Speedmaster ref. 3520.50.00, often known among enthusiasts as the “Cosmos” or “Mark 40”, belongs precisely to this category.

Introduced during the 1990s, this model represents one of the most original interpretations of the automatic Speedmaster. While maintaining the technical DNA of the collection, Omega introduced a more complex and functional dial layout enriched with multiple indications, transforming the watch into a very complete instrument.

Case, Bracelet, Dial & Glass

General Overview: The overall condition of the watch is almost perfect. The case shows only a few light superficial hairlines visible only upon close inspection. The lugs remain thick, full and well defined with excellent finishing. The bracelet is also in excellent condition. The watch comes as a complete set, simply full set.

Case: The stainless steel case is in fantastic condition with only light superficial hairlines. The lugs remain thick and sharp with excellent definition of the bevels. The tachymeter bezel is impeccable and free from notable imperfections. The caseback is fully consistent with the overall condition of the watch.

Bracelet: The Omega stainless steel bracelet shows no deformation and remains in excellent condition with only very light hairlines. The overall impression is very clean. The Omega logo on the clasp remains sharp and well defined.

Dial: The black dial is in excellent condition. The indexes and hands with Super-LumiNova are perfectly preserved.

Crystal: The sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides is free from relevant marks and provides a clear and crisp view of the dial.
